Golden Honey Ale with elderflower. 6.0% ABV
Light, refreshing with a soft, malt body. Wheaty with a clear hint of elderflower and medium bitterness. Slightly wine-like hop flavour that is retained in the relatively short, fresh and flowery aftertaste. IBU: 27.5
Golden and slightly cloudy. EBC: 15
Bravo and Hallertau Blanc
Pale Ale, light Munich wheat, dark Munich and CaraClair.
Very suitable for spring dishes – prawns, light fish and shellfish dishes, and salads − but also a beer that is perfect as an aperitif served with snacks and finger food. Or even just as a thirst quencher on the terrace in the spring sunshine.
Flowery, with clear notes of elderflower and slightly spicy, vinous notes from the hot and cold aroma hopping with Hallertau Blanc.
