Kettle-soured spring ale with cherries and elderflower. 4.4% ABV
Slighly sour and very fruity element of elderflower. Very discrete malt body and understated bitterness. A slightly sweet note that disappears quickly in the short, refreshing and crisp aftertaste. IBU: 4.4
Fine-filtered and clear pale pinkish. EBC: 7
Pilsner, light wheat, CaraHell and unmalted oats.
Absolutely a beer that is best suited as an aperitif with snacks and finger food. But can also be enjoyed with light fish and shellfish dishes, salads and fruit desserts.
Fruity, flowery, with unmistakeable notes of elderflower and a hint of cherries, supplemented by a slight herbiness from the yeast.
